Our Factory

	There is a R/D in our company, of which the duties are to research, develop and design the samples to conform with customers' requirements. Zone King now designs air tools by computer assisting design system called 3D: PRO-Engineer/Wildfire & getting positive feedback from the market.

Automated Storage System ''Better, Much Better'' is the direction that Zone King works toward.Strict quality control during producing assemble line & packing line with '' self-quality-control system'' to ensure allproducts are in good condition before shipment.

LIFE TESTING	Each tool must be passed the following tests before shipping : Torque testing , air leakage testing & other testings in each function. The inspection of outward appearance in each tool. The inspection of each label sticker & package.
